· Diffuse 2-6 drops for a comforting aroma 
· Dilute in oil and rub onto lower abdomen for a soothing massage
· Add 1-2 drops to palms of hands and inhale deeply to feel grounded and at peace
· Add a drop of your moisturizer or facial oil for a spot treatment
